The Sampler VegBox

This basket, grown at our West Ottawa farm,  inspires you to try new things, but also provides your favourite veggie classics!  From bright red tomatoes to fresh tender greens, you will be rearing to get home and make dinner.

How it Works: Pre-order your box in late February and pick up any week during farm store hours from June to October ! You can order up to 4 vegetable boxes.

The Sampler Box is intended for you or your loved ones to try out the fun and relaxing on-farm produce pick-up experience that our VegBox CSA subscribers have all summer and fall. Our Farm is an oasis in the City, just off Carling ave, but miles away from the hustle and bustle. Clients love the occasion to get some fresh air while also enjoying how close it is to home!

PLUS these boxes give you the chance to eat in sync with the seasons. If you purchase 4 baskets, which we recommend, you can pick one up each month and get the best of our changing selection.

The box is also tailored to what you like, since you have the option of exchanging anything you don’t want. A small box is ideal for one person, a medium for 2 veg-hungry adults or a family.

Terms & Conditions: Pick up at the Farm Store during regular Farm Store hours. Non-refundable. Only good for produce, although you can purchase local products, preserves and prepared foods at our Farm Store when you come in. Let us know if its a gift and we will send you a digital gift card!

Purchasing a Sampler Box includes a complimentary subscription to our newsletter and “Veg of the Week” emails so that you know what to expect in your box and ideas on how to prepare our vegetables! It also comes with exclusive event invites at the Farm.
