Beetbox Community Farm was born out of the enthusiasm for growing food that welled up in our community early in the pandemic. The idea is simple: a coordinated group of gardeners with a little bit of planning, expertise, and equipment from the farm can produce A LOT more food than the same gardeners working alone.
Participants receive a weekly basket of delicious fresh veggies, as well as the opportunity to build farming knowledge and meet awesome people. This group is perfect for aspiring or experienced gardeners who want to grow their own food in a more fun and efficient model!
The Fall Season is available to participants of the Regular Season only. It runs from the week of Thanksgiving to Early November. Participants come to the farm once per week for 2 hrs to work in the garden. Participants will mainly harvest root veggies for storage and clean up the garden beds.
Shifts are Mon – Turs from 4 – 6pm or Sat-Sun morning from 9 – 11am. The value of the veggies participants will receive is more than double the cost to participate.
In order to participate please fill out the registration form after submitting payment. Your spot cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
